What format are the beats in?

All the beats on our site are high quality MP3 format.

What format are the sound kits in?

All the sound kits on our site are high quality MP3 & wav format.

What are the terms of the sale of sound kits, beats & membership?

Due to the digital nature of sound kits, beats and membership all sales are final.

Can I use these beats on my album? Demo? Mix-tape? Website?

When you sign up with mixmeentertainment.com you are purchasing the non-exclusive rights to every single
beat on the site!

Can I sell the song(s) I make with these beats?

Yes, you can use these beats in accordance with our licensing terms, all we ask is that you include beat(s)
produced by D. Harris for mixmeentertainment.com, that’s all!

Do these beats use samples or contain any copyrighted material?

Most beats are 100% original, and 100% sample free, however occasionally we will feature a sample.

Do I have to worry about clearing samples?

Beats that do not feature samples will only have to be cleared with Mix Me Entertainment. All others will have
to be cleared by publisher(s) who owns the rights to the sampled music.

Do I have to pay Royalties? Publishing Fees? Mechanical Rights?

Please refer to our licensing agreement for these details.

Do I get exclusive rights to these beats/instrumentals?

Nobody gets exclusive rights (total ownership) of the beats. We own them under the terms of our copyright.

How long are the beats?

Each beat is longer than three minutes and may be as long as four minutes.

Who makes these beats?

All instrumentals are produced by the Mix Me Entertainment.

Do you guys buy beats from other producers?

No we don’t. We only sell our own beats.

What equipment do you use to make these beats?

We use 2 Mac G4 work stations, Reason , Digital Performer 4, Protools (virtual synthesizers, virtual
instruments), MPC 2000xl, Motif, Triton, Mo Phatt, Alesis and a library of sounds.

What kind of beats do you make?

We make all kinds of genres.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees, once you sign up for our $19.99 membership you can download as many track as
you like.
